Yello Applications, Inc. ("Yello") respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Yello infringes your copyright or trademark, please follow the process below.
Yello operates as an online service provider and does not pre-screen user-submitted content. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), Yello has designated an agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement as set forth below.

copyright 2) Copyright (DMCA): How to Submit a Notice
Email us with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:
- What's copyrighted (title/description and, if helpful, a link);
- Where the allegedly infringing content appears on Yello (specific URL(s));
- Your contact info (name, address, phone, email);

Good Faith Statement
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
Accuracy / Perjury Statement
"The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf."

gavel 3) What We Do After a DMCA Notice
If your notice is complete, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the content;
- Notify the user who posted it (including by forwarding the notice);
- Take action on the account for repeat or serious infringement.
reply 4) Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed by Mistake)
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, email us with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice" and include:
- What was removed and where it appeared (URL/description);
- Your contact info (name, address, phone, email);

"I have a good faith belief, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (Los Angeles) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice (or their agent);
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they don't file a lawsuit within the time required by law, we may restore the content.
verified 5) Trademark: How to Submit a Complaint
Email us with the subject line "Trademark Complaint" and include:
- The trademark at issue (registration number/jurisdiction if registered, or evidence of use if not);
- Where the allegedly infringing content appears on Yello (specific URL(s));
- Why you believe it's infringing (e.g., likely confusion, impersonation, counterfeit, misleading logo/brand use);
- Your contact info (name, address, phone, email);

block 6) Repeat Infringers
We may restrict features, remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
