By accessing or using Yello, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations; and (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Yello is a platform connecting users with local service providers. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to any agreements entered into between users and service providers.

• Service providers are independent contractors and not employees of Yello.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
• Users and providers are responsible for their own conduct and interactions.

sms SMS & Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us, including via email and SMS (if you provide your phone number).

• Program Name: Yello
• Program Description: SMS messages are used strictly for sending one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your account during registration or login.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your login or registration activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Help: For help, reply HELP or contact support@yelloappinc.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

block Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users or service providers.
• Posting content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

cancel Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

update Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
