- You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
- Please use Yello responsibly and only for its intended purpose — connecting with verified businesses and booking services.
- You're responsible for any information you share with businesses through chat or calls.
- Yello isn't directly responsible for service delivery or pricing — those details are agreed upon between you and the business.

- Keep your login details safe and don't share them with others.
- You can update or delete your account anytime in Profile → Account Settings.
- If you notice suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
privacy_tip Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect only the data needed to operate the app: your name, contact info, and activity within Yello.
- This data helps us improve recommendations and ensure better service matching.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- You can always request to see, edit, or delete your data by contacting support@yello.com.

You can choose how to hear from us: email, push, or in-app notifications.
We only send relevant updates — no spam.
You can adjust notification settings anytime under Notification Preferences.
SMS Messages
If you provide your phone number and opt in, Yello may send you service-related SMS messages, such as:
- account verification (one-time codes).
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not send marketing/promotional SMS without your explicit consent. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message (or by updating your notification settings). After opting out, you may no longer receive SMS updates related to your account or bookings.
